Babrees Designs is a one-man-band (or should that be woman?!) run by me – Jill Terry. That’s me, over on the right, with one of my Canaan Dogs, Sandy, outside our home in rural Norfolk.
I started building websites way back in 1999, when the internet was only just really starting to take off with a big bang. A lot has changed since those days!
With my husband, Ian, we used to show and breed Canaan Dogs, and also bred Papillons, and, over the years, I was very active in the dog world, and have been an officer and committee member for a number of dog breed clubs over the years. Hence, my journey started with building for friends and dog clubs that I belonged to, and quickly escalated from there. I became hooked on creating websites! Sadly, we no longer have any dogs, although I do remain active in a few dog breed clubs.
Then, in 2016, we dissolved our limited company, retired and moved to Fuerteventura, where we are today.
However, I am a glutton for punishment and addicted to creating websites! So now I build them as a hobby. This is why my prices are so competitive because, being retired, I really only need to cover my costs.
I still create and maintain websites for a few small businesses, breed clubs and also personal sites for individuals.
I simply love to build websites, and always look forward to helping new people with a website.
